HOW CAN I PAY?

Pay online using all major credit/debit cards, or just grab your purse or wallet, and pay our driver colleague in cash on delivery. All our driver colleagues carry change, so don't worry we won't keep your change!

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Easy. We're open everyday of the week, so you can order using our online system, which is like any internet shopping platform or pick up the phone. Once you have ordered we receive your order on a printed order ticket by the magic and then our chef's jump up and down with excitement and then fight over who's going to cook your meal. We do it with passion, we love curry.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your order normally takes between 45-60 mins. That's about 25 mins to cook, and then dispatch time, do note from fri-sun, this is increased to 60-90 mins. We cook fresh and that takes time. Tandoori dishes take time, we place it in our tandoori once we receive your order, unlike others, so please know we want to serve fresh, and this takes time. Want to chase up an order? ALLERGY

We are allergy aware, and use seperate preperation areas and utensils in any case. 

 

Please ensure you highlight your allergy in comments when ordering or let our customer advisor know, as we can then ensure that enhanced sterilisation takes place. 

 

Certain dishes may contain traces of nuts, so please make us aware.

CAN I COLLECT?

No. We don't have a collection facility, we love talking to our customers, but unsure whether we want to meet you all, that aside, we want to focus on our cooking and our team are dedicated to cooking. 

 

We don't want chefs coming to answer the phone or serve you over the counter whilst something is overcooking in the background, we dont hire all rounders, just the right people for the right job.

can i place an order via telephone?

Yes you sure can. We love a good old natter and we love racing to pick up the telephone. Baggsy first!


Ordering over the phone or online means we prioritise your order. We push your order ticket up the line and as we pay no commission to the food brokers, we pass that saving onto you. It saves you some bucks.

Why do we prioritise your order? Because we can and we want to. People who use our own website or phone us, have come to us direct, and we feel the love.
